Credit Due

We must give credit where credit is due.  Congratulations to Dr. Holloran and the Mathews School Board for submitting a budget our Supervisors could approve.  While surrounding counties raised their tax rates by 10 percent or more, our property tax is unchanged and the personal property rate was reduced.  Well done!
